About removing bad reviews

No agency can legally delete a genuine bad review, and you should be skeptical of anyone who says they can. What we can do is make sure that review isn't the loudest voice on your profile anymore.
We start by checking every negative review against Google's and Meta's own policies — a surprising number of them are fake, posted by a competitor, or violate guidelines outright, and those we escalate for formal takedown.
For everything else, the fix is volume and speed: your NFC cards turn happy customers into reviewers in the moment, right when the coffee's still warm or the haircut still looks good.
